Food has always played such an important role in man's life, that it is one of those topics which cannot be neglected.
When we enjoy our meals we do
much more than simply providing for our
basic survival needs, something which is deeply rooted in our personal,
emotional life as well as in our culture and society.
Our attitudes, practices, and rituals surrounding food are a window into
our most basic beliefs about our world and ourselves.
The GALA project aims to promote mutual knowledge and understanding
among students from different European countries through cuisine.
Liceo Fermi is proud to take part in this project and to share with our
partners the invaluable heritage of culture and tradition conveyed by the
diverse gastronomic traditions.
